Soak your feet in a hot salt soak to anchor and arrive from your busy day. Fill out paper work while you enjoy a cup of herbal tea. We will gather your health history and do a physical exam to inspect your health needs and identify any concerns. Part of the exam will include checking your pulse, as well as the shape and color of your tongue. Together we will create a treatment plan to get you living your best life.
Return Acupuncture

$55 to $100 sliding scale 60 - 75 min.
Each treatment is unique to the individual to facilitate the most effective treatment based on pulse and chief complaint. We utilize many tools in a session to bring you back into harmony. Gua sha and cupping for neck and shoulders, wet cupping, electrical stimulation for orthopedic presentations, moxibustion to build and move blood, Chinese herbal liniments and patches, Infrared heat for more rapid healing, fascial stimulation & castor oil packs to support liver and kidneys.

About Dr. Sarah Fields

Sarah Fields is a graduate of Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, where she earned her doctorate in Acupuncture.

Dr. Fields has over 5,000 hours of clinical training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. While at FBU she mentored under Kiiko Motzumoto and trained Holly Guzman & Fertility Guru Shasta Tierra. Sarah is additionally trained in 5-element Acupuncture (psycho-spiritual imbalances) by completing a 2-year clinical Integration program in 5 elements with a leader in the field, Lonny Jarret. Sarah is a nationally certified licensed acupuncturist and holds a state license in Western North Carolina.
